Non-Urgent Primary Care Visits – $50 Flat Fee

We provide sick visits (in-office or telehealth) for non-urgent medical needs at a flat rate of $50 per visit. Services include healthcare letters, medication management, and general wellness care. Same day & Next day appointments available ! Contact our office at 385-281-9846. Please note that the cost of medication purchased at a pharmacy is determined by the pharmacy you choose. If you're looking for more cost-effective alternatives, please inform your provider. We are not a pharmacy.

  • Common Reasons for a Visit:

    • Cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms

    • Minor infections (ear, sinus, urinary tract infections)

    • Sore throat, cough, or mild respiratory issues

    • Seasonal allergies or mild allergic reactions

At Mountain West Medical Spa, we’re proud to offer our Direct Primary Care (DPC)—a modern, hassle-free solution that covers 80% of your healthcare needs in a primary care setting. Whether it’s routine check-ups, sick visits, vaccines, or routine bloodwork we’ve got you covered with unlimited virtual and in-office visits for one flat monthly fee.

For example, our Semaglutide package can be financed at 0% interest for six months, with monthly payments as low as $133. We also understand that past credit challenges may create barriers, so we encourage you to reach out to our office directly as we maybe able to offer alternative payment options.
