Flexible Weight Management Programs in Utah — Virtual and In-Office Options
Our weight management program is designed for flexibility and ease of access. Patients can choose virtual appointments or in-office visits at our South Jordan location, with options for medication pickup or home delivery where available.
Check-in frequency can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on individual treatment plans. Patients also have secure messaging access to the care team for questions or concerns between visits, allowing for ongoing communication and support throughout the program.
